Anna Lee (Farley) Smith, 80, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
She was born June 11, 1940 in Scottsville, KY to the late William “Pinto” Farley and Nera Pearl (Stinson) Farley. She married Lewis Lee Payne, who precedes her in death, and later married Doris Smith, who precedes her in death. Anna was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by five sons: Timmy Payne (Penny), Todd Payne (Lisa), Stacy Payne (Sonia), Tracy Payne (Angie), and Michael Payne, all of Scottsville, KY;
Two daughters: Teresa Shockley (Mark), and Lisa Mahaney (William), both of Scottsville, KY;
Thirty-five grandchildren, fifty-nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she is preceded in death by one son, Terry Daniel Payne, one daughter, Katina Lynn Payne, one brother, Omer Dee Farley, one granddaughter, Stacy Nicole Payne, two great-granddaughters, Laciee Jubilee Jensen, and Mackenzie Blankenship.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 1:00PM at Harwood & Strode Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Allen County Memorial Gardens in Scottsville, KY.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 from 1:00PM-8:00PM and after 7:30AM until funeral service time Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Harwood & Strode Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society and can be made at the funeral home.
