Russell Wheat

Russell Thomas Wheat, 50 of Adolphus, KY passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at his residence in Scottsville, KY. He was born in Nashville, TN on July 7, 1960 to the late Ned Wheat and Betty Lou Ballew who survives. He was a carpenter and was self-employed. In addition to his mother he is survived by; One son, Christopher Wheat of Los Angeles, CA; Two daughters, Michelle Cox and husband Edward Cox Jr. of Rockfield, KY; Elizabeth Wheat of Lake City, MI. One brother Clarence "Peanut" Grantham of Gleason, TN; Three sisters, Margaret Hatfield of Dixon, TN; Mary Hernandez of TX; Dolly Harris of Hermitage, TN; Six grandchildren also survive. In addition to his father, one brother Louis Grantham and one sister Cynthia Grantham also precedes him in death. Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
