Donald Fulks

Donald Ray Fulks, 82 of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday February 1, 2017 in Scottsville, KY. He was the Son of the late Nathan Fulks and Myrtle Wiley Fulks. He is survived by his wife Donzel Ruth Noe Fulks of Scottsville, KY Four sons, Ricky Ray Fulks, of Scottsville, KY Darrell Fulks and wife Shelia, of Scottsville, KY. Edwin Earl Fulks and wife Ann Marie, of Shipshewana, IN. Jerry Lee Fulks of Elk Heart. IN One daughter, Carolyn Sue Decker and husband Terry, of Scottsville, KY Two brothers, Wetzel Fulks of Midkiff, WV and Lowell Fulks of West Hamlin WV. Two sisters, Delores Bias of Alliance, OH and Della Mae Sanders of Ypsilanti, MI Eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceeded in death by two brothers Herman Fulks, and Jewel Fulks. A private funeral service is planned for Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Harwood & Strode Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Allen County Memorial Gardens.
